Each workspace has one owner, who is responsible for billing and for managing team members. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start a trial, and you'll be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MYNDEXA to upload content you don't have the right to store or process, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the client data you upload. You grant us a license to store, process, and analyze it solely to provide the service to you. We don't use your content to train models for other customers.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is retained per our Privacy Policy's retention schedule and then deleted.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." AI-extracted facts, risks, and opportunities are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate - you're responsible for verifying anything you rely on for a business decision.
