How MYNDEXA works
Turn scattered client notes and files into a reliable brief your team can search, question, and act on. This guide takes you through the complete workflow.
One dependable workflow
From first source to clear next step
You do not need to configure a complex system first. Begin with a client, add the material you already have, and let the workspace grow with the relationship.
- 01
Create your first client
A client profile is the home for everything your team knows about a person or account.
- Open Clients from the sidebar and choose Add client.
- Add a name, stage, owner, and organization. Only the name is required.
- Open the new profile to start building its shared brief.
Good to know: Start with one active client whose context you already know. It makes the first results easy to check. - 02
Add source material
Give MYNDEXA the notes and documents that contain the client context your team relies on.
- From the client profile, choose Add source.
- Add meeting notes, upload a PDF, or upload an image.
- Use a clear title so teammates can recognize the source later.
Good to know: Useful sources include discovery notes, project plans, call summaries, proposals, and decision logs. - 03
Let MYNDEXA process it
Processing starts automatically and turns each source into structured, searchable client knowledge.
- MYNDEXA reads the source and breaks longer documents into useful sections.
- It surfaces facts, people, events, preferences, risks, opportunities, and possible tasks.
- Check Jobs if you want to follow progress or see why a source could not be processed.
Good to know: You can keep working while processing runs. Return to the client profile when the source shows as complete. - 04
Review the client brief
The Overview brings the latest client context together so you can prepare without rebuilding the story.
- Scan the AI summary for a quick, current picture of the relationship.
- Review risks, opportunities, events, contacts, and preferences in their dedicated sections.
- Open the linked source whenever you need to verify where an insight came from.
Good to know: Treat the brief as a living starting point. Add new sources after important conversations to keep it current. - 05
Search and ask questions
Find a specific detail or ask AI chat to prepare an answer from the client’s stored knowledge.
- Use Search on the client profile when you know the detail you need.
- Open AI chat for questions that need context from several sources.
- Follow the evidence links in an answer before using it in an important decision.
Good to know: Try: “What changed since our last meeting?” or “What should I prepare for the next review?” - 06
Turn insight into action
Keep the next step attached to the client context that made it important in the first place.
- Create a task from the client or open the workspace-wide Tasks view.
- Set an assignee, due date, and status so responsibility is clear.
- Use the list or calendar view to plan work across all clients.
Good to know: Review the Dashboard for overdue work and clients that need attention before planning your day.
