Privacy Policy

Last updated: [Date]

This policy uses placeholder values ([Company Legal Name], [Jurisdiction], [privacy@yourdomain]) that must be replaced with real values, and should be reviewed by a lawyer, before this site goes live.

1. Who we are

MYNDEXA is operated by [Company Legal Name], incorporated in [Jurisdiction]. For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at [privacy@yourdomain].

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and workspace name, provided when you register.
  • Client data you upload: documents, emails, notes, and other content you or your team add to a client's record, along with the facts, risks, opportunities, and tasks our AI extracts from it.
  • Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage/analytics data: collected only if you accept the optional analytics cookie via the consent banner - see Section 4.

3. How we use your information

We use account information to operate your workspace and communicate with you about it, client data to provide the AI extraction, chat, and task-tracking features you've uploaded it for, and payment information (via Stripe) to process your subscription. Analytics data, where consented to, is used only to understand aggregate product usage.

4. Cookies

We use two categories of cookies:

  • Essential: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. This is always active and isn't subject to consent, since the site can't function without it.
  • Analytics (optional): Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics provider, loaded only after you accept the cookie consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and client data for as long as your workspace remains active. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [privacy@yourdomain].

7. Changes to this policy

We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes, and notify active workspace owners of material changes by email.

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. With your consent, we'd also like to use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) to understand how the site is used. See our Privacy Policy for details.
